Pickled Pepper Books

Pickled Pepper Books was established by parents Steven Pryse and Urmi Merchant in 2012, providing a family friendly environment in which to experience the tactile nature of choosing books for and with kids. In September 2021 we opened a pop up at the Culture Palace in Enfield Town. This is a wonderful community arts space where we collaborate with The Dugdale Theatre, Enfood Cafe & The Museum of Enfield. Our managers, Tara Pahari and Freddie Ruddock both programme children's book based events, theatre, workshops and storytimes in each respective shop.
