We are Andy and Victoria Rossiter a husband and wife team. Andy joined Waterstone’s in 1988 and managed Waterstone’s and Ottakars stores, including Plymouth, Portsmouth, Manchester Deansgate and Cardiff. He was the final Ottakar’s Manager of the Year in 2006. Victoria used to be a secondary school teacher who taught in this country and abroad. She runs our Childrens areas in the stores as she has an expert knowledge of high quality literature for children and young people. She also selects all of our cards and stationery ranges.
